I restarted Leonardo but everytime I do it its always missing data in the chart. Please see the screenshot.
How can I force Leonardo to reread the info and display the chart correctly?

You dont need a key to try the demo, just choose from the drop down menu one of the demo exchanges available and you can play with Leonardo as much as you want.

You need to choose Bittrex - Demo account to try it in demo mode.

Yes, please scroll to the second half of markets offered and choose a demo market. That allows you to paper trade with leonArdo, try out its bots and indicators etc.

So finally I decided to buy leonArdo: a super fast response from Jonathan, who quickly built a new copy with my API key. Already playing with the bot, "for real" this time. I'd say the 5-star support (been following the forum and playing with the demo from some time), the excellent visual interface (good also for manual trading), the fair price and flexibility of the mArgin Maker are the key strengths of the bot. I just tried and it worked for me. Clicking the 'Buy at a discount' button gets me to the next page with asks for your mail and has a re-captcha.

For you it just hangs?

I have zero trading experience but I'm quite intrigued by this bot and the very good feedback it's received.

Can somebody with zero experience such as myself buy this product and literally let it run and do its own thing, I watched the intro video but it looks a little complex for my understanding.

Hey, replying here instead of your PM, as it may be useful for others. My opinion is that it would be good for you to have some trading experience, at least understand some basics of technical analysis. Not that it's required for using the bot, but it will help you. And, as others have said before, no bot is magical: if you just "let it run", chances are you're minimizing your gains. You have to understand the parameters, tweak them given market particularities etc. Try leonArdo demo, or just buy it but understand what you're doing before tweaking the parameters. Or you can just use it for manual trading at the beginning, while you learn more about technical analysis. It's definitely a good software.
