i could give it a go... id need your email and then ill trust try to get your password ony my own then send it to you and then you should reset it... do you have any clues as to what the password -might- be? ill try every password in the book for you if i need to... it would however help if you had any good ideas.

I sent many tickets to customer support but they even didn't reply my ticket so far. Angry

I was talking to Microsoft chat yesterday, send your ticket first, then go to chat and wait in the queue.
You can only try, good luck.

1. I chatted with support but they said it is not their work and asked me to send ticket to Custom Support again.
2. I sent ticket with normal hotmail, they replied instantly but with msdn hotmail they never reply  Huh

That is not very nice of them at all, I got my own question sorted out in less than five minutes.
Here is my method, do not use support, chat I used https://support.office.com/home/chat ask them to pass your query on as you are having problems with contacting support, this may be your last option.

I have two types of hotmail, online login and desktop version of outlook for the office suite.
I am not sure if it will work for you, as I am thinking you only have an online mail account.

And its gone.

I've only tried emailing but I haven't tried chatting, I'm assuming youll need a different email to chat with them? And all of mine have MSDN on them so not sure how to go about this. Most of these i hadn't logged into them in a few months, They say email was used to send spam emails, not sure how that works. I never use them.
