As example, Electrum have an option "Use change addresses". This option enabled by default, but you can disable it.

in qt settings/preferences , enable coin control , then you can select an address that is used for change. Bitcoin is designed to send transactions from a larger block and then send the difference back. So all wallets will send back a change block but you can designate a particular address.

Use Blockchain and electrum for this. you can show private keys of all your addresses. and if by chance your first address have been changed by you mistakely you can still get your private key and your old btc address still in your database. specially electrum.

in every wallet you can use your address the same you want, just uncheck the option on the client, like in core where you see all the addresses, but it's not safe to do so with big transaction i think

i use blockchain.info for the long time,when you own a wallet, you can generate as much address as you can and keep the address in your wallet without losing either the address or the private key,so you don't need to worry about change address

I think you are refering towards blockchain my wallet addresses which keep changing and this may have been creating misunderstanding to you. There is also option in blockchain wallet to create new account which will not be changed with every transaction. You can also get private key of that newly generated address from blockcahin wallet.

No, that's not right, as long as you have the seed of the wallet, you will never lose money, even if you forget the address(es), because change addresses are also the part of the wallet and they will remain inside it, no matter what.

OP, I'd recommend Electrum, it is much safer than any web wallet(s) and provides the features you're looking for.

It is recommended to use change addresses as they alow you to temporarly store your bitcoins from transactions, disable it only if you know what you are doing.
