I've got the same problem with Ripple. Asked the helpdesk on 15 december (no answer yet). Asked them again in new request on 19 december. Still no answer and no XRP..  I also started a topic about it at this forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2628097.0. I understand that it must be busy but waiting 1.5 week is not funny anymore...

I'm missing 3 transactions in Cryptonator. I'll send them from Cryptonator to another Exchange. But they are still pending and not added to the blockchain. Also haven't received any TXID. So they are untraceable right now. What can I do? Support is not respondent at all. And I'm talking about 3,5 ETH.

Same problem for me with 10.4 XMR and 135 BLK. Transaction is ok on the site but nothing arrive in my wallet. No answer from the support. Perhaps they are in vaccation and they will answer shortly... I hope

Got dogecoin on dec 22nd, they are send but do not appear in my wallet.  on dogechain they are as followed:

The I have ripple there as well. They are shown in my wallet but since several days the wallet is under maintenance. If I look up the wallet I found out they were send to another wallet address that created my wallet for 20 ripple. that was the only way to open a ripplewallet on cryptonator. see at

IT WAS 10 DAYS !!!

My two transactions are also lost ! I opened 2 different tickets but no answer. These transactions are now first. I got more than 50 payments to my wallet but these two are not visible in my wallet. No Pending, lost.

I've been waiting over 2 weeks for my 750 DOGE coins to post to my cryptonator account. The wallet I sent them from shows they were received, and if you look at the block chain explorer, you can see that the status is "Not Redeemed".

To make matters worst, I attempted to move 80 XRP off the site to sell on an exchange before the price dropped, they have been stuck on "pending" and the price has now dropped by almost 50%.

There is absolutely no support from this site, and my coins are just stuck.

THIS IS THE WORST WALLET.

Same situation here. I transferred some ZCash to my Cryponator wallet on the 2nd of january :

As the amount didn't show up in my Cryptonator wallet, I submitted a help request on the 4th of January.

To date, the amount has not been credited on my Cryptonator account, and I had no reaction whatsoever from the help desk.

I am thus looking for alternative, more reliable wallets.

I had the same problem. Thank God we only tested the online wallet at Cryptonator with a tiny amount of LiteCoin. Anyway 2 days later and it still hasn't arrived. I already left a negative review on TrustPilot for their site and noticed that 95% of the reviews and google searches about Cryptonator are negative. This site is definitely a scam, DO NOT USE IT!
