Hello! I’m Travin, the new Community Manager at Oshi. I’ll be taking over the duties of OshiMike with regards to being here for you. I’ve been part of the crypto community over the past three years, though on-and-off, with different usernames. However, I will now be using this one on this forum for most things, especially everything Oshi-related. Feel free to ask me a question here or with a private message!

Do not play at this casino. Seems they only allow people to come and lose. I won up to 6.6 BTC and tried to withdraw it. It seems they closed my account off. When I chatted to live chat, as soon as I told them my account they ignored me and closed off any communication with me. They wont respond to me at all. I was playing on the live blackjack table so its not like i hacked into the game to win or something. These are live dealers.

Still cannot log into my account. It appears they are scrambling to come up with some excuse why they shouldnt pay me out or ban my account.

I deposited and won 1.03BTC and have been playing here for months, and now support is ignoring me and not allowing me to withdraw my bitcoin. I was ignored for over 30 minutes.
They say they need to "verify" my account and earlier today told me it would only be 2 hours for my withdrawal to be processed. I forgot my other accounts login info, so I created a new one, and have never used, any of the bonuses available. I am very disappointing in how support talked to and treated me. I have been a loyal customer at Oshi for a long time now, and this is extremely frustrating/stressful for me, as 1.03 bitcoins is a lot of money for me. And I have recieved nothing but great support until recently, this is so pathetic to have customer support talk to their customers so rudely when withdrawing, and so politely when making a deposit. LOL WOW.

It has been over 8 hours now.

If ya'll just process my withdrawal request, you can keep my long-term business.

Now my account is closed down. and they are refusing to send me my cashout, or even my starting deposit.

I wish I saw this thread earlier. Made a small deposit of .2 btc and won 1 btc after a few hours. Tried to cash out and it has been pending for two days. These guys are scum. Other casinos I have never had this issue with like bitstarz.com or mbitcasino.com. Table limits are higher as well

Can you contact me directly about this? We always make a point of paying legitimate wins, so I'm not sure what happened here. Sometimes cashouts get flagged up for whatever reason and they get held up.
Just as a comment though, a 1BTC when is very little, so I don't know why that would have been held up. Please contact me on nick.garner@oshi.io
