Rank and activity 2016

Hello I'm new and want to know how many activities do I need for ranking up.
For Jr member , Member, Sr member ,....

Also I want to know how many activities I can have in a week or two.I'm not sure of it because I have read some peoples opinion saying 14 activities every 2 weeks.

Also if it is like this how can I see when my activity will reset.

Jr Member: 30 Activity
Member: 60 Activity
Full Member: 120 Activity
Sr member: 240 Activity
Hero Member: 480 Activity
Legendary: 775-1030 Activity (different for every user)

You will gain 14 potential activity every 2 active weeks[1], active means that the user needs to post at least 1 post in the period. To see the activity on your profile update, your post must be more than or equal to the potential activity.

Jr Member: 30 Activity, Member: 60 Activity, Full Member: 120 Activity, Sr member: 240 Activity, Hero Member: 480 Activity and Legendary: 775 or more activity.

You can only gain a maximum of 14 activity points per fortnight.
