Let this be a good lesson to you all. These alt coins are very hard to kill. Ixcoin, the first copy of bitcoin, is still chugging along. Even though there are probably only a dozen people trading this for the last several years, thats all it takes.

Theres no developers full time or even part time. Every now and again a developer pops up to help out but none ever stay to long.

The creator abandoned the coin.

Websites have come and gone. As have blockexplorers and exchanges. But still it doesn't die.

All coins have been minted but it doesn't die.

So take note of Ixcoin when you claim that such and such coins are dead. Ixcoin being one of the oldest out there will not die.

Are you saying that a cryptocurrency doesn't need a roadmap with imaginary terms, a whitepaper, a signature campaign, colourful jpegs, paid trolls etc to function?? All it needs to do is function reliably as a means for one person to transfer that cryptocurrency to another and store it securely?

And the amazing thing is. Ixcoin offers a glimpse of what Bitcoin could have been codewise.

How many old timers are completely disgusted with all those political updates to the Bitcoin code? Ixcoin network is mostly running off some VERY old code.

no we need imaginary terms but the mostly important thing in all crypto is not the currency is hte coloufull jpegs, i think if the cryptocurrency has the right collors will be great

the dev dont even need to create roadmap just change the collors of the ann will be amazing

If this isn't dead, then what is? It would take an attacker with a pool only a fraction of resources to create massive reorgs with double spends or plain old denial of trx. The reason they don't? The coin is worthless.

So I take it OP is trying to unload some ixcoin? Lol.  Sure, it's not quite dead but as others have pointed out it's not exactly healthy either.  RIL ixcoin.  Long live ixcoin!!
