Reply to deleted Posts?

Woke up to two deleted posts and was at first taken back and felt like it was due to being a signature wearer that I was not getting the benefit of the doubt or floor to address a issue that used me as a example.

So in case people want evidence,which I find they usually do:

Posting of ignore lists is a way for those people to stroke their self worth in showing you who they consider to be a member of lesser standing.
Its best to make your own mind up on these things or you will be swayed by every little topic that is being pushed in the forums.
Spammers come and go,so any list will be impartial and need updating frequently.
Within 2 months of being active here you should have pretty good grasp on who repeatedly comes to whos aid in a sock puppet fashion,the racists,the shills and so on. Its not rocket science and every one has a different level of tolerance for bullshit.

Added me most likely just before posting as a rub but who wants to talk to people that carry this bias about signatures. If they got a hard on for painting every one with a signature, then they most likely are not rational person.
Way I look it is you can learn a thing or two from every one. Those that are coming at things in a opposing view can show you a foreign mindset, teach you tolerance or even sway your opinion.

You will learn that some people are never happy.
First its signature posters post three word replies and now its that they also post to much. Being on or off topic all depends on perception and having a signature taints the way many look at you.

But then I noticed OP had changed the initial thread after I had made my posts to include:

I would not have posted otherwise and just wanted to let the mods know this in case this is used as some kind of file against me in the future. Not sure if that is how it works but I did wonder this....

Can you reply back to the mod that deleted the thread?
Is this frowned on,I am presuming yes but would like clarification for the future.
Do not want to over load the mods either,so do not plan to use the option much at all.

One of my posts in the thread also got deleted, aswell as some others, it happens every now and then,
might not even be that your post itself was the problem, but the posts before, to which you relate in your post.

Don't make anything bigger out of it than this is, simply a deleted post amongst some others.
Just move on.

Lol my post in that thread got zapped too, and I was puzzled for about 5 seconds and then moved on to other things.  Who knows why these things happen.  My post was on-topic and was fairly constructive.

Not saying its bad I got the gist of what was wrong and it could be two issues,but those involved in thread have responded with similar aspects,so it confirms that the mod was just following the new guidelines the OP set out in the thread after we responded.

But I would like a answer to the bolded part of the issue.

No, you can't. There isn't a way to find out who deleted it either.
It's supposed to protect the members of staff from attacks the would have to face due to their moderational work.

What you can do about it is creating a thread in meta, which you did.
But tbh, I don't think it's worth the effort/spam over each single deleted reply.

I was a little shocked by the deletions in this thread as well, 3 of mine were also removed. My initial response was anger because I don't like people being censored, admittedly I was already in a pretty bad mood before this, but that's initially what it felt like to me. In the heat of the moment, I did send a message complaining and trying to get a reason but I have since asked them to ignore my complaint. I do still have unresolved internal conflicts with the deletions because they seemed to be on topic to me.

I will at least say that I have a new opinion of the situation since I've calmed down, but its just my opinion, and I've learned that the outspoken people on this forum usually do not like my opinion and it would not be worth the argument (in this situation). I intend to make a mental note and keep it to myself to avoid pissing anyone else off or getting banned. As Lutpin said, just move on. Nothing to see here. Welcome to Bitcointalk!

#6,#7 is what I would normally have seen as off-topic posts.
#4 could be useful information to provide to the OP, and on the topic of growing apples, but he didn't say what type of apples he grows!
#9 of course stays.
#10 would stay but completely useless.
#4 is now on the "chopping block" of posts that *could* be deleted as off-topic, but not always... and if it is, any replies relating to it which does not contain the kind of apples grown (#8) are also wiped.

The thought process that has to go into posting these days is overwhelming....  the only ones that have it easy are sig spammers, and they get paid for it.

It was a combo of issues for me due to the fact I stated my opinion and for that get added to the next guys ignore list as a flip of the bird in my direction.
So when they deleted the responses I felt that it was done to rub my face in it and prove his point for having me on the list.

The signature aspect is interesting though because I suffer from being a carrier of the disease.
Its gotten pretty bad in the forum for people entering a thread,taking a swipe at you and responding for them to leave you one of these comments:

Yeah im sure it is, taking into account that you're being paid to post non constructive texts, i'd rather not prolong this convo. Next time if you want to make a proper reply, at-least review the entire OP first. Cheers.

This is my most recent run in due to not clicking on the OPs links to the allegation but stating it would help to show he contacted support by posting their reply.
I left the response to the OP vague on purpose because there was a increase in allegations against this site and all very similar in writing style from different accounts.
So its a double standard when some people are able to post 1-3 word responses and I need to find a creative way to stretch out my responses or fear the attacks from random sig haters.
The response I quote also closes discussion because it looks like I am after a payment in responding and it validates their point,I can not win against that type of thinking and its supported here,even though the site allows signatures.
But to be clear I plan to drop out of the signature soon as I had my eyes opened when there was a thread on signature spammers and I left a note in the campaign thread for people to come in and tell them they where off. No one came through out of the whole signature,which shocked me but pissed me off that they took their signature for granted and where willing to let people spit on them and prove the issue is bad.
So I get the issue,just think its wrong for people to use it as a excuse to high tail out of a argument when they are cornered.
End of that rant..

Back on topic I mentioned something about signatures being run by people that where not mods and it was treated like I had no brain because I wanted to control the optics of the situation.
But here we all are wondering why or maybe not all of us,that this thread was altered and most of it looks to be optic related. Think its extremely important to watch out for these hazards.
It does not trouble established accounts but it does reflect on newbies or those with opposing views to the rest of the herd.
