Thats 99% sure to be a rip off. Its a scam with wrong identities, wrong country probably.

Look at the business model its 99% in favour for the guy getting your money. It will just run long enough until they got enough and then *puff* - money is gone.

Tibala Tigi  ( Chris Bates ) is my friend. I've known him for years and he's one of the most sincere, genuine people I've met online.
Together we worked at Factom, Synereo, Coinproz and he's written scripts for countless of Hypercube's  videos.

 I have trusted him with large amounts of Bitcoins. I'd trust him with my kid. Who do YOU trust in the cryptocurrency world ? Not many people, right ?

Coinproz failed. Yup. As have many ( 99 % ? ) of other projects in this space. Does it automatically make it a scam ? of course not.

About ICOO :

I think ICOO is a really cool and innovative project that has the potential to make ICO's much more efficient and attractive. it supports new projects and also makes it easier to get in at the ground floor for investors.

This is certainly worth looking into and might even be better than the oversold DAO Project. I did invest on the DAO .

However, I've already seen results using the Openledger by trading User-Issued Assets and Smartcoins. The symbiotic relationship of digital assets on this platform is very transparent. But I'm not saying that there is no risk. There will always be one. But with the community helping each other, I believe we can mitigate or minimize those risks.

This ICOO will be a great addition to the Decentralized Exchange.
