I visited the site and was presented with a blank page at first, I then had to enable some security features and also allow it through Ad blockers to get it to work. The amount of balls falling cannot possibly correspond to every transaction being done on the Blockchain in real time? Is there a delay between the balls falling and the transactions being done?

Still a good visualization and something to watch when you are bored. ^smile^

Is there a delay between the balls falling and the transactions being done?

Good question. I had some spare time and watched on the visualization for around a hour. I compared it with the live transactions on Blockchain.info. What I figured out is that the site visualizes not every transaction (or I missed some txs maybe). Some transactions have already been confirmed at least on time. It needs some more research but I think the site only shows transactions which have been confirmed at least once.

Personally, I don't like the visualization they used, however, the general idea is very cool and the code is nicely done.

Visited instead http://www.bitlisten.com/
This is a great thing, with the help of such will be easier to explain and introduce people to Bitcoins.

This is actually really fun to look at. I mean, if I had nothing to do or I'm just bored I could stare at this for a long time maybe. With BitListen, it's kinda exciting that the sound kind of makes a tune. At some point, I feel like it's a good background music for a game. A deep-story game with heart-warming plot. I'll just leave this open for a while.
