I have a verified PayPal account but I haven't log in since I started here in Bitcoin because as of now I usually use Bitcoin to purchase online game credits in steam. PayPal is still use full in many ways on online purchasing but I decided to focus more on Bitcoin since you can't only use it as a payment also you can earn it unlike PayPal it really depends on you credit or debit card.

Same. It is a pity that we still have to use PayPal despite bitcoin being a lot better option.
Unfortunately you have to had bank account as well as Paypal to fully utilize online shopping or services.
For example: I am so angry because Humble Bundle ditched Bitcoin payment option some time ago, and you only can buy games with card or Paypal or Amazon Payment (sic!)

no , i don't own a paypal account anymore nor do i want to own it any more. i have been scammed too many times that i prefer to stay as far away from paypal as possible.

besides paypal is only good for online payments and as long as there are credit cards and also bitcoin i would never choose paypal as a method of payment.

to the moon with bitcoin...

When most people think of online payments, one name comes to mind is PayPal. But for all PayPal’s strengths, it’s a bad idea to rely on it as the single system to accept payments on your site. Monopolies are never healthy, and you need to diversify your payment channels.

I used to have paypal before i known Bitcoin, though even having it never encourage me to purchase stuff online, I just used it for the payment from the task I done online and enchash it.  Then I known bitcoin.  After sometime, bitcoin encouraged me to purchase stuff online to test it's transaction and it feels good.  Even though I have bitcoin, i can't deny i still have my paypal account.

This thread just reminded me that I have a paypal account. I used to use it often as I am a computer enthusiast and I often bought pc parts from ebay. Last time though I bought a R9 280x graphic card with bitcoin and its been a few months my Paypal account is standing still. I think the more time goes on and the more bitcoin is known by more users the less Paypal will be used.

Well that is good. Because paypal account do get seen by them if there are single transactions of $300 or more they will limit your account until you can provided they documents to verify that you are you who is using the account. That sucks to do to anyone who is not doing anything wrong in their transactions.

Its just for security reason this is what i want in paypal because they can verify receivers and senders if they are real people.. also they know where they live.. unlike in bitcoin you have no guaranteed if someone scam you.. and you can not find those people to arrest them by nbi..
I am also using bitcoin for receiving payout for my website and blogs..

and paypal did a very good move by make third party stores to let them accept bitcoin because they know bitcoin has a great potential and make bitcoin itself looks not better than paypal , i hate it .

I'm in 400,000 euros debt , dont help me , i rather die

I don't have paypal account, all I know in paypal has a lots of requirement that you need tlo comply before you become their client. Unlike in if you will become a bitcoins. You 'll be able to experience the convenience that bitcoin has, and obviously the charge is very low in bitcoin while in paypal is too high into charge fee transactions.

I belive paypal sees me as a new seller and they want to make sure the buyers gets their packages (in this case BTC), paypal just don't want to see any disputes for 20 buyers, $1600 of sales and 30 days from my first sale. After that they will remove this restriction from my account.

I wouldn't have a problem with this, as I can understand their concern for the buyers, however my cash flow is all held up now by paypal and I've stopped selling BTC because of that. Lucky for me I just won a poker tournament today so I'll have more btc to sell in 3-4 days.

oh, and coinbase are the devil. I wouldn't do my business with them for free bitcoins.

No I don't have anymore PayPal account but till last year I was using its services. Now I am able to perform all my needy things with Bitcoin which is far more better and best solution in comparison with PayPal. I simply felt no more need to have account as I will never switch back to PayPal. I have given up for good , reasons for doing so every PayPal user knows for what anyone can give up.
