The app utilizes smart contracts to assess the ammount of topic-related content apprehended by user. The information about content is supplied by user via the app. At the end system generates public, blockchain based (usefull for education and HR purpose) systematic topic representation, consistant of all related content that was persyved (and generated) by user. In order to coordinate users attention the app is implemented on the idea of bets on certain ammount of topic related content supplied in certain time. The positive bets (wins) make no affect on users cryptocurrency account, when the negative (losses) bets result in "donation micropayments" for arbitrary recipient (ex. content provider).
