1. Login to cabinet at https://fly.wings.ai.
2. Click on the link “Verify account seed” in top left corner, under “Your WINGS address”.
3. Enter your seed mnemonic in the appearing dialog under “Put here your seed”.
4. Click “Verify” and make sure you get a green confirmation message.
5. You are good to go and ready for the Wings distribution proposal!

Yup, while people who are responsible enough to save and back up their seed will have no problem receiving WINGS. Hopefully only few people forgot their seed.

No, you can't withdraw your wings from ICO portal yet. We also don't even have mainnet yet guess you will have to wait few more days or weeks

I don't understand what is your problem. When we invested in ICO we all created an account with seed. Then we created alpha testing accounts.
Today you need to use the old seed (I hope you kept it) to  open your old account.
For me everything is good the adresses and amount of wings are correct

Yup, while people who are responsible enough to save and back up their seed will have no problem receiving WINGS. Hopefully only few people forgot their seed.

I do feel sorry for them who are not taking care of their own seeds.. Imagine if it is happening to me (which is not the case), i would be very sad.
