I don't think they want to commit themselves to a date but this delay is getting frustrating for investors. Altcoins bull market is moving and it will be nice to ride along for investors though wings should do well  long term

I think there is an issue with US and Canadian numbers that we are trying to resolve with Twilio.  I assume you have one of those right?

I think you are right, the money is now in Altcoins market and this will be a good time to enter market, Ark got listed on exchange this week and the price is doing quite well unlike late last year when almost all the new ICOs entering market were getting dumped hard  

Actually there is a confusion in investors mind about btc and BU so many of them want to switch to Altcoin to play it safe and once this BU BTC matter is settled, they will switch their Altcoin holding to btc or bu which one emerge as winner.
This is the right time to enter the exchange. Ark entered bittrex at very appropriate time and now it is trading 3x at ico price.

It's difficult to evaluate the projects.

The target amount is just a crutch.  There are plently of ICOs out there who think they will raise millions (their target) but end up getting $10,000... on the other hand there are some ICOs that have a goal of a few thousand BTC and end up getting many many more very quickly.

So the target, while perhaps seeming helpful, in many times isn't.  What counts with swarm AI is that together as a group the numbers get close to the actual.

Furthermore it is also important that people focus on areas that they understand.  Asking people who have never seen a basketball, for example, to forecast the outcome of an NBA game will not provide a useful data set.

I think the UK numbers should be working now.  At least the one I tried worked.  However we are using Twilio and it seems sometimes they don't connect to all of the carriers.
