Do i remember correctly that once I split my Wings into multiple forecasts there is No way to redistribute the amounts of Wings used per each forecast? Lets say i forecasted 50/50 but now prefer 80:20? Not in alpha right?

you have 24h or 48h to change the amount and your forecast. you lose only gas

There's nothing shady, rewards take time until the devs of the forecasted projects send the rewards to the smart contract, is up to them not wings.

Somebody forecasted 70k ETH in Latium with 1.4M WINGS... I think big Whales have to do more research... Hard Cap is 70k ETH including presale (around 10k) so maximun Forecast might be around 60k...

You are wrong. As we can read from whitepaper:
1. Minimum  project  funding  was  achieved  in  the  presale  phase.  A  total  of  22,160,721 LATX was sold in the presale (7.3% of total token supply/ 12.3% of sale supply).
2. The total max cap of ETH raised from the Whitelist Sale and the General Sale is 70,000.

So, hardcap is 70000 ETH on general sale.

We all continue to keep making forecasts while receiving nothing, not even an estimation of when the last - several months ago - completed ICO will payout rewards. Impossible these completed ICO's are taking this long to fulfill their bounty and rewards contracts. We may need to start contacting the previous ICO companies for information.

"I've never seen a company/project raising so much money and also taking so much time for building a crappy build". The software life, nor the experimental wings site is max 1 month work hiring 1 full time SR developer. That includes the Ethereum contracts."

Now why is the Wings time not transparent? I really have a feeling they are trying to manipulate the rewards. Which they can.
- The team got wings, bought or private whatever.
- The team knows when a projects forecasting goes life
- The team knows the algoritm in terms of rewards, which factors count more then other.

Why aren't they open towards the algorithm and the rewards?
It is normal to make the algorithm public, so everybody got a fair chance right?

Why is there no list of rewards received per particant. That's just a few query's.

i forecast for over 5 months an not receive any reward fr anything i have many wings

they delete posts when asks about reward,i see this happen

the ico's that we forecast have been finished an listed gave out all tokens long ago to wings. more than 1 have finished and listed on exchanges meaning thes companies gave out an rewards all tokens already many months ago. why no rewards if wings has thees

the ico have to complete token to all those who invested an helped bounty in quick time and get listed on exchange quickly,many would be angry and theft if not so, ths means wings holds most ico tokens already an not rewarrding
