I guess that was correct answer. many ICOs has go bankrupt and get abandoned after their community think the project has nothing to survive. Wings have a good community and supporting them will be good strategy for current situation

5% price drop is not related to that, it's normal market, lot of alts have dropped 5% or more, maybe bitcoin is preparing for a move?

I think this is due to greed. No contracts were made when project forecasts were made. Forecasters and developers trusted the word to the teams that added their projects to the forecast. Some were deceivers (for example, Lockchain (Locktrip)).
