Yes, someone in china probably pirated their design and then beat them to the punch. 

Actually it is probably a BFL 832 MHash single being sold by someone without a clue.

Oh wait.. no - looking at it again - Yup!  It's a scam!

Maybe the bidders know it's a scam, and they are just trolling the submitter, knowing they won't have to go through with the purchase anyway.
