Where have you heard about Bitcoin for the 1st time?

I know Cryptography for a long time but I heard from friend's mother and housemate there's Bitcoin 2012. Didn't care, stupid....  (ˊ̥̥̥̥̥ ³ ˋ̥̥̥̥̥)

Wait sir,let me make it clear. Bitcoin is currency and bitcointalk is a forum to discuss bitcoin. You ask  about bitcoin or bitcointalk?

Nah, it's more clearly dude.
"Where did you hear about Bitcoin for the first time"? First time I heard bitcoin on the internet but it was in 2015. With it, I know bitcointalk and read the various threads to know more about bitcoin.

I was introduced to BTCitcoin back in late 2011, with the help of google (different ways to earn money online - that's what I typed). Back then it was more of mining (using GPU's) and claiming faucets so never got to know this forum up until around 10 months ago (in which I wanted to earn from my faucet rotator and this forum was the suggested one and I tried and found a lot other ways to earn as well).

first time i heard about bitcoin on a forum that the post was just advertising a faucet (think it was freebit.co.in) but i was introduced to bitcoin more seriously and precisely from one of my friends. and it took me a while to start with bitcoin but i am happy that i did.

I've seen it on a group page and on a group page about deep web ,i have known that some of them are collecting about million satoshi or bitcoin .then someone said to me this bitcoin is using to buy some things on that site .that's the start of my researching and asking more about bitcoins.

Even if you knew it in google you cant really now were to start in bitcoin, but in my case i know bitcoin in fb groups when someone invited me to join to their group and i got corious because i see them earning.

My first time to hear bitcoin last year january 2015 but im not so interested in bitcoin because i am thinking that bitcoin is scam.. thats why i ignore this coins and mid 2015 may or june i was start to look where can get bitcoins to test if this is legit or not.. so i try to collect bitcoins in faucet i collected hundreds of to start collecting satoshis.. until i reach even 0.005 and invest it in cloudmining called scrypt cc but i've scammed from this site and my balance are stuck in this site..so i search for a solution to know where can get back or to recover my bitcoin and i came here.. and found this forum and learn about ponzi schemes.. thats why im here.. then i learn that earning satoshies in faucet is a cents and they are suggested to join in signature campaign because its better that collecting in bitcoin.. why posting and reading some thread day by day i learn a lot..

I first encounter on ForumPromotion when someone is selling Bitcoin related domain. I do not know what is Bitcoin back then. From the name, I guess it is some sort of payment processor like Paypal. I did a Google search but could not find any good information about it and so I did not care much. After sometime, I came across Bitcoin on the same site. Someone offered to purchase .com domain for just 0.01 Bitcoin. And so my Bitcoin adventure started after doing some extensive research.

I somewhat lucky mistake you made. If you joined Bitcoin during the bubble or 1000 USD per coin, you will now hate dislike Bitcoin as you could lost a lot of money on it. Since you joined in 2015, you actually made a nice profit, I believe.
