This is to sell the hasboards with chips. The v4.0 Vishay hashboards are the ones that are dangerous and are not to be used in an X3. Well sort of. The chips are good and safe. The hashboards are not. You would have to pull the chips off and add them to another hashboard.
Dont know that power consumption. I would guess somewhere in the BA X3 Range. The board and PSU will have a big impact.

You mean the boards that the Vishay's connect to or the BB? Well in either case no. mostly the only value would be the minons or the scarp aluminum |
