Kozan scammed me

What happened::
I paid him 0.1 BTC for google cloud accounts (40x) while dealing for vccs which I needed for google cloud account, he offered me to create and deliver google cloud accounts within 24 hours, but never delivered, and now asking another 0.1 BTC without even sending 1 account

In order to safeguard the community, I suggest that our dear moderators act and suspend said bitcointalk account, and mark it accordingly, so other bitcointalk users who respects and trust senior members / hero members here are not scammed.

What the Fuck , i hear Kozan name in most of scam allegations now , i just looked at his untrusted feedback and found may negative feedback with References , i think DT member should ask him for clarification.

I trusted that person since he make sense about post count / hero member, if he purchased that account, I think he has cashed it out for more than what he paid it for.

And I don't think he will come here explaining things and giving justifications.

He is trying to run away, simply blocking skype contacts and everything..

I myself, being scammed, have put everything in detail, with proofs, and references, do we still have something left for justifications and explanations ?
