the best uploader which i know is earnig 40 000 euro per month but he hast a lot of automatisation scripts, because hosters need to delete dmca reports after some time so it is an cat and mouse game

streamcloud and letwatch are just hosters,they don't promote your videos, so you may need an promoter site, so you may need to link the videos to other sites to get views, in this special case it is movieslist.to yes. and the hosters pay just if you reach an total of 10 000 views. so lets say you have 100 videos on hosts side, if you reach an total of 10k views you will recive your payment.
