This is the Atchison Cave Storage Facility, located north of Kansas City.  It is 1.7 million square feet carved out of limestone, 100 feet below ground.  The temperature averages 69 degrees.  It features highway access and a rail spur, and 125 acres above ground.  It is right next to the Missouri River.

It is up for auction, and expected to go for around $1.5 million:

One day I will own something similar, I have always wanted to own a decommissioned missile silo/bunker. Maybe when BTC hits $1,000,000 each....

^^ keep in mind that most of those are rusting, flooded death traps.

This, on the other hand, is an indestructible, climate-controlled structure for less than $1 a square foot.  Five hundred people could spend $3,000 to buy this and each have 3,400 sq ft of space.
