There must a glitch on their deposit system, as I see you have made more than 30btc deposit (total) before this 13btc and all were fine, am I right?
So I believe it will be fixed asap, you may try to keep asking on chat or support email.

13 BTC was robbed from me and they refuse to give it back.
Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

Is it solved or they gone scam? also could you please post the transaction proof from your wallet? It's not nice just to accuse them you know.

18PxmuaNemPRoMRJ8JYZoJGz1QjoV5tMfL is part of Wallet [000058e3d3] https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/000058e3d310fcb8/addresses of which there are 17,883 Wallet Addresses...

(the other 431 BTC before and after this transaction have gone on a merry chase over the last three or four days indeed...)

Thanks for the effort, but 18px address is a part of Coinbase.

I don't know what to do, the address the coins were withdrawn to is a dead end.

Have you tried contacting PRIMEDICE ? The coins have been moved on, so it's hard to say what's happened to them.

They keep saying I was compromised and that it was my fault, and that I won't get a refund.
That money was all I had, and it's so unfair for me to habe to come to terms with losing it just because I deposited into a trusted website with a CLEAN device, and I've never used scripts. I'm honestly so depressed right now.

Those are all my deposits.
Somehow, everything is fine when it's 6-5 but when I deposit 13, It disappears.

It seems to be there is a limit of 10 bitcoin. When you go over that, it's somehow differently checked and added (most probably manually). Which makes sense when it are withdrawals but for deposits, it's a little bit odd right?

The dude was scammed period
The fact that they never replied for days is a scam trick.
They wanna see of he will just forget it or go silent and boom, they will go with his cash.
You will notice that they will reply and return after a few rants from u.
I will advice you spam all his post here calling him a scam and you will be surprised how fast he will release ur coins

Sorry for your loss. But WHY would u send all your BTC to a GAMBLING website nobody knows who runs and without any decent registration?

WHY?

Is your greed really that strong?

Dude did you check your withdrawal log?
Please post this primedice thread. You dont even seem serious about this. U must either be so rich or you are lying or you know its your fault.
Post this on scam forum and post the link here. I will like to see how this ends

There was nothing in the logs until 6 confirmations, I was checking the entire time.
And my balance didn't update so that's a fault on primedice's side which led to this.

EDIT - If I remember correctly, Stunna runs Primedice. Give me a minute to check.

Well, u re even more careless. Depositing that kind of money to relatively insecure service. However, your money, your decisions, your issues. The same goes for him.
