I would like to open an investment service with total return perspective , but before launching the service I would like your opinion and your suggestions on what you prefer that would be offered. In this first phase I just thought to a management made by a guarantee capital at 60% , managed by an escrow and consists of an initial deposit made from me and from a certain % of the customer investment , and a capital investment in which to merge the remaining % invested by clients. The collateral will be used to cover any losses that exceed 40% of the capital initially invested . With investment capital will instead perform the most varied investment transactions , which will range from the Lending operations in the relevant section of this forum , buying accounts to participate in signature campaigns ( until they are allowed ) . Obviously a big slice of the investment will be devoted to the trading and speculation on financial markets .
Currently I have 2 Bitcoin , so my idea is to put one Bitcoin into the guarantee capital and one Bitcoin in investment capital . Every week each user may subscribe share by the value 0.05 Each Bitcoin to participate in the fund . The amount of available shares will never exceed 50 % of the guarantee capital. This means that the first week will be available 10 share of 0.05  btc each. 10% of each new share subscribed will turn out in the Underwriting capital.
At the end of each week the profits will be divided among all the shareholders (including me as I invested 1 BTC at the investment). Furthermore, the distribution of the profits will go to reduce the amount guaranteed by the guarantee capital in case of loss, until it reset the guarantee when the total distributed profits will be equal to 60% of the initial investment (which is also equal to the investment guarantee ). For example, if a user invests 0.1 BTC and receives profits for 0.03 BTC, it will still provide protection equivalent to 0.03 BTC. So if the following week its shares are worth 0.07, he can sell them and earn 0.07 + 0.03 as warranty.
On the amount of weekly earnings will be deducted the following %:
1) 1% for the escrow
2) 9% to increase the guarantee fund;
3) 25% fee for the fund manager (that's me)

Give me your suggestion! Thank!

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Guarantee part s OK but people ll need much more transparency to invest into this. Who are you? What kind of experience and result do you have? What type of investments would you choose as a fund manager?

I'm a Junior personal Wealth Manager. I've an economic degree and a master in technical analysis. I work around southern Europe (this friday i'll go in Budapest) . As a total return fund manager i have the only aim to obtain a positive return on invested BTC. So in addition to trading operations of forex leverage and CFD, my intention is to look for all opportunity BTC and Bitcointalk offer. So, till invested amount will be small, i'll go to buy account for signature or giving out collateral loan. Also, if invested amount will be bigger, i try to go on new market opportunity, like investments in gambling site related and other web ideas related to BTC . I think this will be a good investment opportunities, with an acceptable level of risk (maximun loss is 40% of initial investment). An important role in my ideas will be held from escrow, that will hold 60% of total funds as guarantee against loss.

the topics I read, I realized that many accounts are hacked and sold and in addition, I think the immoral account sales business. ( my opinion )

I find it very difficult to invest in trading and speculation on financial markets and be able to compensate investors. Many admins ponzi schemes tell the investors that do trading. so it will be difficult to convince that not'd be doing the same

When a bull market coupled w/ a halving is being played out, there is no need to 'invest' in anything if you're a btc holder. Litecoin being the only exception if you want more payed back in BTC.

All is ready, but i prefer to wait for start: Brexit referendum could move markets and increase volatility (see dax today near 10K) . Also i would reconsider my strategy on buy account for running signature: seems to risky (from red trust risk to unpayed commission).

Follow this tread for update

A serious question: I notice you provide a partial guarantee against loss, which is stand up, ESP if enforceable through escrow, but that leads to my question: why not invest the two bitcoin you have, and assume only your risk? If you are using the fund to extend your position, why tie up your own funds in escrow instead of applying them to the market for additional profit? So, that leads to, what is the management fee on your asset? As I assume you are not taking on counterparty risk for free.

Good question: I could invest  2 BTC by myself, true. And have good profit, true again. But if i work well, my BTC increase in 3 way:

1) By the amount deposited as warrantym (9% of weekly profit) , that after a share payout > 60% became in proprierty of the fund, so at least became mine because i'm the only investor for the warranty amount;
2) By 25% fee (on frofit) to fund manager (that's me)
3) By my initial investment of 1 BTC in share

Completely dumb. It is clear that you have no idea what you're talking about, and have zero understanding of securities and finance.

Also 100% chance of people losing money.

Yes, they risk to lose money as happened with you  Tongue .

I was clear about me, investment and warranty offered. So your reply is totally unappropriate
