Title said it all, wich site is most suited for my miners hashrate? (370mhs)

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

it is the same.. bigger hashrate pool will reduce variability.. thats all..

For 370 MH/s, it is better to use the ethermine.org. It is PPLNS, so it is less volatile. If you have more than 1G, use the other one.
