Can I know what is paypal VCC? is it able to verify my paypal account? I am from pakistan and I am unable to verify my paypal account so I am in search for a card which will be able to verify my paypal account. |

I used their service and many things are not so visible so I start with the fees, they charge 0.5$ for making a card and then you upload money so basically 0.5$ each card you make.
Then comes the countries, they do not support all the countries as far as I could see, I mean when making vcc there were not all countries I could choose from.
