Nice support comparing to some other companies guys , I have seen you guys answer almost all questions asked here so I want to ask something myself as well. I am not a user because there is one thing holding me back.

You guys provide %0 fees and need no ID requirement and multi cards are supported , so how do you guys make Money off this?  That seems a little oblivious to me.

you no have to pay for deposit fund but you have to pay 0.5% fees for loading card. if you unload balance from card you also have to pay fees

I wrote to support asking why these 2 operations ate just about 230$ and here is an answer:

Please noted that when you exchange money you have to follow our bank
rate and + 3% convert fees charge by bank. (we never encourage any
customer exchange too much because you will lost much in fees charge by
bank ) our system only charge 0.5% fees on top of 3% bank fees.
We strongly advice you deposit usd and load fund direct with your USD
fund, please no using exchange system which will make you lost in
exchange transaction

I do apologies for any inconvenient caused

You told me about 3%, but 230$ I lost is not even 3% of 988$ nor 700 euros.
You took 22% instead of 3% for an exchange operation!!!

you should really fix your PHP script or tell us about that hidden business behind these random percentages.

i am sorry for the low exchange rate from bank . you should not using exchange too much from usd to euro and euro to usd. the bank fees and exchange rate bad will make you lose money

It have no reason for exchange from USD to EUR and exchange EUR to USD ( exchange rate and convert fees follow the bank. that really not good if you exchange out and in many time like that) if you have usd balance .load into your USD card and pay 0.5% fees only. you will lost fees if you exchange out and in many time. we are working with some currency exchanger partner. hope this issue will sort out and user no have to pay high fees for bank
