Its takes mostly 10 to 15 days because just few days back same happen to me I have refund from a company and its now in my account after few days I contact Uquid support so their reply was wait 10 to 15 days and its appear exactly after 10 days in my account

the refund processed by your shop merchant (here is paypal) and it out of our control
we only show card balance when money come ( it normal take from 5 to 15 working days ) we can not do it faster. you always make sure merchant confirmed they make refund. some merchant they do manual refund could take delay by their staff

this is new rule set-up by our card vendor
it only affect  to service direct loading to card from third-party money ( which not provided by us)

our core service is loading with bitcoin and more than 40+ altcoin do not get affected by this change
