i know it might be stupid question, but does your bitcoin card look exactly like the pic on the first page? I don't really dig the color haha. Maybe it looks better in real life so can you show some actual pics?
It is a plain black card, you can only see the chip, the usual numbers and card owners name, the currency (EUR/...) of the card and the VISA Prepaid logo No other references, no Uquid logo thank you @ SolarSilverfor confirm yes we got standard card for all uquid user and co-brand customer with same black design with no logo on card Regard |

Contact the support, they may not received the order or they may have some delay processing the order. OP, are the virtual bitcoin debit cards verified by visa or have mastercard securecode. I'm going to buy something online and on the purchase page I saw these two info and didn't know if the UQUID virtual card has this feature. |

I took out a card late last week and am disappointed I cant use it hardly anywhere.
I made a request for you to withdraw all my money back to my bitcoin address.
I put in a support ticket - please can you action this support ticket asap and send my money back???

Hi did you load money from wallet into your card before you using your card ? (we do not automatic linking your wallet to your card ) you have to loading fund from your wallet in most case customer forget loading card that why they can not using anywhere may i have your UQ acc i can have a look for you Regard |

Hello uquid.com support i have being having a serious issue reloading my cards. Each time i try to reload the cards from the funds i have in my accounts i always get this error "Transfer funds request submitted for an amount greater than the available balance." The fund i submitted is less than the one in my account. Something is definitly wrong some were pls how do i fix this error? I also want to generate new cards but each time i try all i get is "Insufficient funds" I have about 33 usd in my account why so many errors with uquid.com. Can Uquid handle large funds because i want to transfer more funds in there but this avoidable errors is scaring the hell out of me. Also all my payments status as being cancelled, My account name is "Telim Account and account id is UQ636549" Pls fix this error in my account as soon as possible. Thanks
