Can an unverified card be used for depositing to and withdrawing from a bookmaker or it would be blocked upon receiving money back from the bookie?

Your account could be banned and you can lost your money as happen to me I never receive my money back because its not in hand of uquid so better not do this if you want then first verified your virtual card
