What you probably meant by "steady" way is how you could earn without tiring yourself up like posting in the threads (sig camp) or clicking in the sites (faucets/PTC).
Well, the best answer for that is "investment".
what particular investment that you have right now mate and allowing you to have steady way to earn btc, are you in a lending investment?

Gambling is not a steady way at all, Trading can be profitable to those who are experienced with the market IMO but not that steady since every trader has some ups and downs in the market, I guess the most steady way is faucets and GPT sites but the profit is so low that it is even hard to consider it.

I think there is NO steady way to earn bitcoin!
Everything that's involve investment has a risk therefore, it is not a steady way of earnings because you have no assurance if you will really earn from it or not. If you want you can join signature campaigns for long term that will give you steady source of bitcoin.

As @Jak said at first, you can invest, trade or offer your skills to people in service thread.
I think the best idea would be to start signature campaining, gather some btcs, like 0.3-0.5 and then going into leverage trading ( margin trading )
for example on magnr.com or poloniex, obviously before you need to educate yourself.
Then, with some luck your profit monthly can grow up to really big!

Which signature campaign can you recommend?
I will recommend to your rank is yobit because they pay more bitcoins than other campaign but i think they closed their signature campaign but if you are Senior Member to Legendary member i suggest to you bitmixer.io signature campaign they pay 0.035btc per week = 0.0007 per post but your post is good quality like yobit campaign.

well, gambling is not the way to earn bitcoin online although you can earn through this way I personally don't consider it as a way of earning bitcoin because of the risk.Trading also a good way to earn money. but needs lots of more knowledge and investment.
So I thank signature campaigns are the best call for start.

Trading/Investing is great ways to earn Bitcoin Online. You can also use Bitcoin as payment if you are a seller of any kind. Also you can charge for freelancing via Bitcoin. These ways can greatly help you to earn Bitcoin in large amounts.

I voted for others. Simply because trading crypto is damn difficult and charts won't work. Well except for bitcoin to fiats which is a bit stable. Making charts and graphs don't work with altcoin trading as per my observation.
