Are there any litecoin, dogecoin and lisk wallets similiar to blockchain.info? Also, How do I convert between the three?

I don't get your question properly. do you want to convert a  litecoin address to an dogecoin address? how it could be possible?
and https://www.coinvault.io/ is a multi coin hd wallet but I don't think it can help you to convert like this. actually no one can do this.
