Yes 21 btc is enough to start a business in a real world and if you put best efforts then you can expand your business in future which will generate more  profits for you and it can be less risky in compare to investing in bitcoins.

Setting up a real world business like computer peripherals is one good plan and may prove to be  worth the investment because of the demand for that item.  As for me if i have 21 BTC i would gladly set up a food business because it is one of the most needed commodities of man.  I will also accept bitcoin as a mode of payment to support and attract more people to bitcoin economy.

Gambling is a place where you loose everything within few minutes, but in trading even if you are in loss you don't loose everything as you can sell your coins even at low price to avoid huge loss.

How I wish I own 21 BTC right now. That's a lot of money to be honest, I think I'm gonna buy a bike which is really the first thing that I wanna buy if I saved enough bitcoin to buy one. It's really hard to go to school without any service so it's my dream to have a bike since my school is so far from our home, that's why I wanna buy one someday. I will also going to invest my bitcoins and make it grow more and make more money from it and buy the things that I needed in my life, a house or a bachelor's bad will not be that bad.

It was my little dream to own 21 BTC and today i achieved it after hard work of so long time.Now i want to make my hard work pay me.I mean,i want that these bitcoins work for me someway and grow.Is there bitcoin bank that pays interest? What will you do with 21 BTC? How will you spend it? How will you grow it? Share anything you want that may help me to decide what should i do.

I would trade halve of them and hold on to the other halve because I am not going to spend all of that money at once, so saving is a must at that point.
Waiting for the Bitcoin to rise again and then sell the other halve.

You can also invest 5 btc in trading and hold 6 btc for the future and wait for the price rise as if trading works for you then you can grow your coins in long run.

Holding will give you profits in future when price goes higher but you may need to wait for a long time for that as we never know when it will happen and if price crashes then it will be a loss for you.

Exactly, but we need to have a very good patience in order to make profit.

Holding our bitcoin is good if we have so much resources that we can still live a comfortable life despite of our long term investment. For sure we will have great income if you can hold a bigger amount of bitcoins in the future, there is no question already that the price will soar.
