I think many gamblers are getting hype to earn as many as they can right now. For sure some are trying to take a higher risk on big bets that they werent trying before just to be able to catch up in price changes.

Price is going up like crazy but i am still placing bets on different sites because i like to play and current trend is very attractive for gambling, more high price mean more bigger profit than before so that it doesn't matter for me there.

If you already have coins from old stock then what you said is true. If you earn some coins from gambling then your profits will be higher than last time. But you should be careful because in gambling mostly people will lose and if it happens to you then you loses, will be higher than last time. Good luck to you.

if we are talking about price in gambling no change will be made mate as gamblers still gamble what ever price it can be, if you do have bitcoin from that specific gambling sites and you already have huge amount if i were you i will use my brain and withdraw it and enjoy my winnings, but in the real arguments price will stay the same no matter what will happen values will still there as gambling sites owner doesn't want to push away players.

Mu suggestion is now is the good time to sell your old stock because sudden changes in Bitcoin price. Its all most 100$ increment in just 3 to 4 days. So better don't loose your coins in betting try to sell some coins and make some profit. PLay with your investment only. We don't know when it will go down again so better sell now only how much you can.

maybe price changing doesn't matter in gambling as the gambler wins stable amount of his gamble like 1.60 , but in trading the changing in bitcoin is very important , whereas you can make huge profit depends on your financial analyses , from other side , you maybe lose .
when Bitcoin price go up most of altcoins go down , for example , Ethereum , I can watch the inverse relationship between ETH and Bitcoin , especially now .

I had this issue 2 years ago when BTC kept going down and down. Basically you can hedge your position by using a broker like Bitfinex and just buy/sell on margin your position and you will be protected.

The recent price spike is due to Chinese investors pump this is at first point. The price has some affect over gambling with Bitcoin or not in my opinion there is nothing important.People who are playing will keep playing regardless of the price up or down than it was few days ago.

i used to gamble in yobit on altcoins, its pretty easy you just buy them at 10 satoshi and ride them up to 100-200.

Sometimes you win or lose, its all luck!

You can always withdraw the amount that's already in the wallet. If you trust the casino enough, just let your money be there since the price changes won't affect the amount anyway, you can simply bet with smaller bank rolls. However the price changes shouldn't bother you unless you're converting it into a fiat or liquidating through other online methods.

If you do gambling with the price changes then you better do day trading as it is more profitable on your part if you are good in predicting the price or value of bitcoins.

Nothing much changes with the price change, its only up not even 20% atm.  The bitcoin market takes months to adapt.  Its great news for sites who gain higher stake games by default.

In my opinion, users that have to buy bitcoins now will receive less bitcoins for its cash, and they will spend less on gambling. But this will not affect users that have bitcoins on its wallets, they will play the same amount of bits than before the price spike.

My bet size (in the unit of BTC) hasn't changed at all, because I am only making some small bets (0.01 - 0.05 btc) most. A price change from $450 to $530 simply means that I am spending a few bucks more on a bet, which is insignificant. I could imagine a whale betting less (in the unit of BTC) with BTC price going up though.

Thanks for the great insights and opinions Smiley You all seem to make some good points on it. Sometimes a spike upwards it makes winning more appealing but at the same time it can make people cash out the coins. And sometimes it doesn't matter. I guess it all depends on the person Smiley
