It is better not to see Bitcoin from a religion view because it is hard to define and explain it. All people or expert will have different view and reason about it. As we know that traditionally people only use virtual money, gold as means payments or other transactions. Then, now days the world tends to come to digital, and Bitcoin comes and brings much advantages as money and gold. It can be a lucrative investment and means payments, of course religion should see it from many aspects. It is not easy to judge about Bitcoin. The most important thing is that wee should get Bitcoin in right way, not stealing or other ways that makes it worthless.

If fiat currencies are halal, then bitcoin is also halal. Bitcoin is pure technology.  Discovered as a result of research and knowledge.
I think bitcoin is lawful. we are investing not playing gambling. we invest hard to make money. so I think bitcoin is lawful because we invest with great effort.
if for me bitcoin does not gamble, so there is no reason for me to say that bitcoin is haram', bitcoin is a crypto currency to use as an investment or trade, so bitcoin in my opinion is legitimate and legitimate, so for example someone says bitcoin is haram ' maybe they don't understand bitcoin.

Halal and haram bitcoin depends on us as users. how we respond. back to yourself. want to look at halal or haram a bitcoin.
The right statement and I agree with what you say.
If we speak halal and haram then it all returns to ourselves because we are using bitcoin so how do we respond so that is the way we are going because basically bitcoin has no law or no law.

An incomprehensible question. What does the haram or halal have to do with it? Bitcoin is basically a currency. It's just a crypto currency. Digital currency. Means of payment for goods or services. And that's all.

For me Bitcoin is like gold, I like investing in any stock. for example, I bought Bitcoin for $ 5000 and now Bitcoin is $ 6500, so I sell it because the price is already profitable. and I was lucky $ 1500. after that the price dropped back to $ 6000 and then I bought it. but the price dropped to $ 5500. If I sell it at that price, I will lose, so I hold it to touch the high price. that's an example of a Bitcoin trade that is always up and down. it's different from gambling, because gambling is detrimental, when we play and we lose, then our money will run out. then gambling is haram. different from Bitcoin trading. if the price drops our money will not run out, we wait for prices to rise again.
So in my opinion if Bitcoin is used for positive things the Bitcoin law is lawful according to the law.
Exploitation is haram. Before we talk about halal and haram we must know what is it. Anything is haram if it is promoting grey shades in the society. For us everything that damages the society or have a negative impact on the society is considered haram. Now everyone know it better what they are doing how it will affect the society? If it has a positive impression it's halal and if negative it's haram.

Halal or Haram   Huh
If Bitcoin BTC From the results Faucet, Mining, Nuyul, Giveaway, And Gambling placed in the same wallet  Huh
Please lightening and further explanation before astray Grin
Thanks before  Wink

Greetings HunterBTC
If you made something haram to get them then they are haram otherwise, they are halal. In other words, if you are getting them from faucets / Mining or giveaways then It's halal but from Gambling it's Haram.
Now you should know how much you deposited into the wallet and from where exactly . I'm pretty sure the bitcoin addresses of gambling websites are known so It shouldn't be a problem to know where you (gambling website) received them once that's done you should get rid of them. (give them away to someone (making sure they will not return to you in any way) or to a charity or something).
That's correct, Bitcoin is a tool and based on my observations it is "halal" (lawful) and the only thing that makes it "haram" (unlawful) is the way that people used it, if it is used by people for gambling, money laundering, porn, drug trade, and anything similar to those, that will be haram in accordance to Islamic law.
I think there's nothing to worry about to our fellow Muslim brothers because Bitcoin is not haram only people do haram stuff that makes it haram. Smiley

It's not nice to open this up here. Halal or haram will give you your own decision by reading and interpreting it. I'm sure there are sections in our sacred book that can interpret it.

Most bitcoin being used for transaction. As I can see that gambling transaction is the highest traffic.
I think it's haram if bitcoin is being use in that way no matter what method do you use !
I agree with your opinion that if bitcoin is used as a transaction tool, then it is haram, but if bitcoin is used for things that are useful for daily living needs, then I don't think it is illegal.

Bitcoin is neither halal nor haram becuuse it is a digital currency. If you use your local currency in right way it is halal but if you use it in illegal activities, it is haram. So, learn about Bitcoin and avoid this kind of question.

if it is associated with religion, in my opinion it depends on how we use the crypto currency itself. because in crypto there is gambling, fraud and porn, if there is a wrong use it is certainly unclean. but if you try and learn to get it right, then there is no haram.

Halal and haram have their own definitions, like in real life, if the money you make is something that is prohibited by religion, then it is haram and vice versa. That also applies to how you get bitcoin. I think it's easy to understand, between halal and haram.

It depends on what you use bitcoin for. Example: if you are using bitcoin for gambling it turns into haram, but if you using bitcoin for buy food or something legal I am sure it halal. It's all depends where and what way you get the bitcoin and also for what the bitcoin using for.

Bitcoin is considered a means of speculation, not for investment, or in other words, just means profit and loss, rather than a manufacturing business and I was lucky $ 1,500. If I sell it at that price, I will lose, so I hold it to hit the high price. That is an example of Bitcoin trading always going up and down. unlike Bitcoin. If our price drop will not end, we wait for the price to rise again.

I really agree with the way you think to advise people who are less aware of halal and haram things that are still being questioned in the world of bitcoin.
Actually bitcoin is not bound by existing law but depends on us who use it, therefore there we will know the location of halal and haram.

I think it is not a problem whether it is haram or not, and it has nothing to do with religion, bitcoin is used by the whole world, it must not only be in one religion but some religions also use it, I think it returns to their respective confidence.

Regular money is used for gambling and illicit purposes so unless each note and coin is washed clean there is no way to ensure fiat is halal either. I'm sure shariah has already considered this before they made bitcoin shariah compliant

if you talk about halal or haram it depends on how you react to it, if you consider gambling with bitcoin unclean, you should not do it,
with money or bitcoin, halal issues and hope remain the same depending on how we manage them.

Religion should be between the person and the God.. There are something should never talk about, it is not nice for me. You should never ask someone his religion or beliefs. More over the crypto is king of business, so there are no haram i guess.. If you make money from somewhere else, you should help someone or chairty. That's the best way to feel good with money.
