About your second point, I don't "trade" per se, but I always "use" bitcoin anonymously.
I am a criminal in the face of law (for example I have committed the crime of not reporting a 50Rs note to police, as per our lawbooks)
But for the general public, I am not a criminal, yet I will always use bitcoin anonymously or publicly, as I wish to, same as with any barter.
And no it is not clear this is criminal. It is clear that barter is legal in India.

yes,i do think so.because trading gold is not illegal so then why bitcoin would be.gold is goods, bitcoin is digital goods too.people  also can store black money after storing gold.
right?

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Government can contol supply, import and exports of gold which it can't do with bitcoin.Bitcoin is a currency and most governments are reluctant to allow a parallel currency

It is not always possible to even have a traditional identity behind a bitcoin transaction.

The concept of alter-egos; Mere kayi chehre hain.
I am different when I am gaming online, different for my family & professionally, different person when I am hacking, different person when I am eating beef...etc.
I want to keep these identities separate and anonymous.
I don't want to give my identity while buying a pornographic/satanist/religious-extremism/etc book or magazine because it will jeopardize my identities elsewhere, though all of these are legal.

Sir you have only witnessed earth for 0-70 years and you think this is how the world has always been working.
When publishing came to be widespread, only adults above the age of 25 with a license could enter a library.
Now even a kid has access to all sort of filth as well as intelligent information through internet.
Is it all goody goody? No. But definitely access to information is more good for society than bad.
Same like any technology. It has its negatives but does more good than bad.

Anonymous transactions facilitates some bad use-cases, but does more good than bad.
Minorities can now buy stuff (eg their religious books) without the fear of being identified and killed.

What is identity?
Smiley
Before 2009 there had to be humans being behind a transaction. Even if it was a computer, the transaction was by the owner of that computer.
In India only humans or group of collaborating humans (corporations) are supposed to hold wealth.

Now, non-humans can have wealth.
Non humans can collaborate and form DAOs.

Also I will argue that you can't define a human being's identity.
My body parts are not me; I could have a complete plastic surgery.
My thoughts are not me; I could go crazy.
My social interactions are not me; I can go crazy, burn my skin and land up on an island & still be me.
My history is not me; in the digital world two objects can be exactly alike and just reffered by their enumerations.
My biological configuration is not me; all of the cells in my body change every 10 years.
My credentials are not me; easily faked (& mostly non-unique).

Anyways, it will become clear to you when you see DAOs in real life (and not that ether shit, the DAO as defined in computer science).

I can ascertain that this post enlightens the concept of Bitcoin and its anonymity and various such services on the Internet.

I think zebpay is really good as it comes with app version but lack desktop version but soon they will add it.zebpay deposit and withdraw system is quick too and best part is the flexibility of adding your identity proof to buy/sell bitcoin.
