I really dont see why you won't upload "correct" blockchain so people could download and start  "on right" chain

correct is now at height  3461 if people can't sync to higher one because it contains invalid block and transactions then that higher one is incorrect
uploading "correct" blockchain is wrong, it has to sync normally

older wallets save data in appdata/roaming... but where is saving latest 0.2.2

It should work. If you can't sync - backup your wallet, delete blockchain and sync from scratch, it will take few minutes as it's small.

So far all my attempts end with failure - it seems to work, consuming cpu, connect to pool, detects new jobs, but sends no shares

Windows 7 64 bit and this miner cpuminer-multi-wolf-06-09-2014. It works just fine, as always did.
The usual in-wallet miner gives about 200 h/s and wolf's about 300. That is with 7 out of 8 cores of an AMD FX at 4GHz.

All the time I was using w0lfs miner from 12-06 - compiled 3 days later, because it was latest found in my archive... guess this build was borked somehow :S

I simply wanted to mine into 1 wallet from my 3 machines mining with cpu
