the developer of this coin should have to promote his coin more as he will get more supporters and more adopters for his coin. But after scamming by a signature designers I think he is now not interested in his project. maybe it will be a bigger amount that is why developer is disappointed.

I do not think he has abandoned this project, he is a silent dev for sure, I believe his whole idea is to get the community to advance the project, has no real market strategy.
