Disappointed that the max withdraw is 250 mBTC at a time. Extremely frustrating - If I want to withdraw all my winnings, I should be able to! Also, this lets you skim 0.6 mBTC from my withdraw, because of your dumb limits and fees. Probably won't be coming back very often. Please consider changing this, or lowering your limits. If your not willing to pay higher than 0.25 BTC at a time, then write it somewhere. It isn't in your FAQ or T&C. I would appreciate it if you could withdraw my entire balance to 1STAR8KiRzcqWx5tXmvxRhdLcXtYHjzzY (Username: DarkStar). Don't expect to get big players if your limits are low. Enjoy losing a customer for the sake of holding my funds for 3 days!

To put this into perspective, for the France vs Germany game, you offered the score of 3-3 for odds of over 100. If a player were to place 100 mBTC on it, and won, they would now have 10000 mBTC. To withdraw all his winnings, it would take 40 days! You can't expect to keep larger players if you keep doing that.

I only placed it on the chance that you all honor bets made with the mistake, but I wasn't expecting the bet to be modified. Most sports books void the bet, and since you don't have definite rules (add them!!) I assumed that it would be void. Would be very appreciated. I also take back what I said about withdraws. I must have misread and saw in around 24 hours.

Thanks. I'm happy that the support is good at BitGame, and thanks for canceling my bet. You should really get some rules set for sportsbetting, so gamblers don't have to guess. Most sportsbooks have a policy on errors, dead heats and things in specific events. Take a look at directbet's rules for things you should add. Without a set of rules, it can be confusing for the gambler and you might get complaints that you can't defend, if you didn't have a set of rules. I will probably be back soon when I find something to bet on. In the meantime, could you please withdraw my entire balance? It is 5 mBTC over the 250 limit, and I don't want to pay an extra 0.2 mBTC. Feel free to wait till tomorrow before doing it, so it simulates me withdrawing it in 2 parts.

I decided to go to your site to do some betting today, and saw that there weren't any options in the near future (only stuff in August), but then I realized you offer MLS, but clicking on the MLS section shows nothing. I remember seeing the games live on TV today, so I did a quick google, and google told me that there are a lot of matches coming up.



Any specific reason you don't offer any of those games, or is it a glitch? If you don't plan on adding MLS betting, I suggest you remove the section to avoid confusion.
