Yes there is. Accounts can be funded via cc and if the account is hacked or carded, the funds can be reversed.

yes of course I provide ID and other documents if needed, I want a really serious deal.
There is no history on the neteller cause I had to open it to receive the trading income however you will clearly see that it's coming from a binary option website

If there is no history then sorry I can't take it. Better make some history before selling those. Normally people don't like Neteller and you will find many scammer who will tell you to send first so becareful with those scammer.
