Even Robert Mugabe would be embarrassed by this type of abuse!

Maybe we should put all our moneys into Zimbabwean dollars... will give more profit than NLG... :-D

While a lot of those "innercircle" members are desperately begging for some marketing so their investment at least gets back to an acceptable level of loss-taking, he refuses to even approve well planned campaigns, let alone fund them with the cash they themselves provided!

This is the sick part. The decision-making of a naive, diseased mind.

In case anybody wishes to join discussions regarding Gulden and anything related to it, I've created a Discord server, this is the invite: https://discord.gg/BAnjrRq

I'll set up a bot as well if enough people decide to join and the community grows. Everything is allowed but not bad language, if it just gets filled with insults, FUD and so on, I'll just delete the server.

What's the point if no devs are on it? The demand for actionable information will not be met.

Who would of thought Gulden would rank 150 on CMC in 2017 after a good run it had last year.

I don't know where it all went wrong, the earlier rich adopters went to AUR but if you add AUR and Gulden marketcaps , Gulden would not make the top 100.

The honest truth is those investors were the richest investors in a community that has modest earnings to be politically correct. Gulden never had any rich investors, only a few guys that could afford a decent meal before their next paycheck.

The Gulden devs need to contact the right people and explain why PoW2 and SegSig is going to make Gulden the best crypto in the world.

This is the classic amateurism I'm talking about. We got great plans, but we're not concretely saying what and when. Is this an interview or an ego trip? See you in three years? Imagine if somebody delivers this shit at a shareholders' meeting.

Before anyone can complain about rich investors the Gulden dev team must bring us PoW2 and SegSig. Only then will we know if this community is as poor as everyone is claiming it to be.

We don't really know who is watching and waiting for news about the PoW2 and SegSig update. When Rijk delivers this project and there is no attention given then marketing needs to be his main focus in 2018.

This project should put Gulden in the top 20 but I have my doubts about a top 50 because of the bad marketing.

The above is speculation on marketing and we won't know until PoW2 and SegSig is released.

It's easy, no speculation needed here.

Rijk hates marketeers and entrepreneurs and has no incentive to make Gulden a financial success since he is already sitting on a fat bag of $ 4.000.000,- he got from the community. He truly could care less if Gulden dropped out of the top 200 of CMC, he is safely covered by a shitload of BTC.

Unfortunately for the ones that gave him those BTC, they have to wait for eons and hope one day someone by accident discovers Guldens potential and makes sure their investment is being handled the way it should be.

@above

Please stop repeating yourself.
This thread is called: "Is Gulden a good investment?"
Your opinion is clear by now.
And your non-stop insults and accusations are non-contributing to the thread.

Gulden is a company operating in a professional manner.
Gulden will not be rushed into actions by people shouting at the sidelines.

In my opinion Gulden is a very good investment for the near future.
It has the team, the funding and history shows the team always delivered.
Yes, there are delays, but all due to a total commitment to quality.
I respect that.

Trouble is, Rijk has no respect for anyone that even slightly disagrees with his agenda. Therefor I shall never shut up in here, because it's the only place that is not completely censored by his dictatorship.

If you don't like the truth to be repeated to you every time you fanboys start shouting "Heil Rijk!" over and over again, stick to your highly moderated and extremely closed slack channels, but don't expect the ones outside your jerk circle to shut up, just because you don't like to hear the truth!

Look, he never said he is a fanboy of Rijk and the way he handles things and nobody is praising that. All we see right now is a guy continuously stating the same things, that is you. We got it, you made yourself heard, no need to repost the same things non stop, it's not like a bunch of newbies came in and you have to illuminate them.

Gulden is still promising even if marketing is lacking right now and there's plenty of things to say about the censorship going on in the Gulden Slack. I believe Rijk and the team left Bitcointalk exactly because of behavior like yours and now they can't tolerate it anymore.

If they fail to deliver PoW2 and SegSig indeed that would be the last bit and everybody will be disappointed and start leaving the project but if they do deliver and things start moving than maybe all those investments and patience were worth it.

I just feel bad for the community like JL, trying hard to also inform crypto community cause the people behind gulden don't.
The funny thing is that when price spikes up everyone gets ecstatic and it reaches the news but this is all thanks to crypto money.
In this current price action I dont see mainstream people ever joining gulden. It's money people are putting on the line, not some one time product they buy. Doesn't matter if gulden even has zero confirm and or other innovations, people seek trust and transparency (especially with money) before committing. Others understand this fully. Wish I really went for Dash instead of Gulden in 2016  Undecided
