Was at 7 minutes, now 9.
I saw it as low as 6 a few minutes ago. Either they are having hardware trouble, or else a bunch more people (or bots?) are piling on with more new orders.
Does this actually delay the price quotes or is it just related to time a trade takes to settle to a traders account? If prices are off by that time lag then it would be impossible to do any trading.

Indeed.. Im really impressed so many user still trade on Gox !  They make 10k$+ a day, and are not able to get a better setup to cope with heavy traffic !!!  I've moved on alternatives trading service a while ago, and do not regret at all.. Dont miss those lag and those unavaillability..

Remember, in a day like the 170k+ volume, they make more than 60 000 $ profit, for 24 hour !  And are still on cheap hardware / connection !  What a lame !

AFAIK they still dont have stop-lost order !  I'm mystified !!!

Just move your trading on some alternative trading service, some are much better !   Just try, you may never come back to Gox !

Very true, with the amount of money they earn they should be able to provide a server without any lag. The yubikey they sent me a few months ago(free of charge) however was a nice initiative and very much appreciated. What's keeping me from gox is the long time it takes to get my money out aswell as the lag & cost of transactions. There's better & cheaper exchanges around.

Sell or buy items at bitcoin247sales.com - flatrate fees - cheapest around!
