The Turkey isn't as powerfull and rich as China, the current system is going to fall soon.
And even in China open protests are starting to happen.

Turkey is the fourth most powerful nation in Eurasia, after Russia, China, and Japan. They have been dictating the European Union policies for quite some time. They are even treating the former powerhouses such as Germany and France as their vassal states.

In China, some protests here and there could be found. But the system still remains in place, and no one is capable of overthrowing it.

You are wrong - for starters you missed out India. Turkey doesn't really have any sway, the only reason the EU pays any attention to them at the moment is to try and stop the refugee crisis. Turkey has been going backwards the last few years as Erdogan tightens his grip on a religious dictatorship. Compared to France and Germany, it is still quite a poor and underdeveloped country. I like the Turkish people, but their current leader is taking them back to the dark ages which is not what the founder wanted.

India is not a major military power, and it is not a member of NATO or any other major military alliance. India does not have a credible missile defence system, and does not possess any Inter-Continental Ballistic Missiles (ICBMs).

Turkey is a religious dictatorship. But in the past few years, the Turkish Armed Forces have grown as a major player in the region. I agree that Turkey is less developed than France and Germany. But when compared to the German and French armed forces, the Turks come on the top.

Most probably he was executed within a few days from his arrest (after a farce trial?). Claims that he might have escaped to Taiwan are laughable. If that was the case, then he would have become a celebrity, just like the other Chinese dissidents. Feels bad for him and his family members.... but that is how the system works in China.

It is not just Turkey. The right to protest and the freedom of speech is being taken away from us, and everyday it is getting worse.
