Hi, I’m a JAVA programmer from China. I want to establish a transaction platform in China, but I know little about matchmaking transaction (or matching orders?) and distributed transaction.

AFAIK the Nxt crypto platform is written in Java. There are usually a lot of devs in their slack to discuss such things:
