Back when these were released... Monero was a little over $1 and 1BTC could buy about 500XMR.

I can credit smoothie and specifically this set of coins for getting me into Monero last year. Thanks and kudos. Hell of a ride this week

I have heard from a few collectors that it's at least at 150 sets plus by now, but I'm not sure where it's really at, only smoothie can answer that and he's been absent for a while I think?

Actually, in todays terms it wouldn't have been such a great deal looking back on it... you would've paid a lot more XMR for the set because it was priced in a fixed BTC price, and then you would have to fund the set.  I haven't seen Smoothie post any recently though... so maybe the mintage numbers just got that much smaller due to it not being sold out.

I would totally love one of these for my home.  I have seen similar ones with Ethereum on sites like Ebay, but these XMR coins look amazing.

I got into XMR because of Smoothie and DJJacket... I don't have any physicals, but the XMR stash I bought, turned out to be an extremely good investment.
If it was not for these two individuals then would I have missed the Monero train. Thanks I also remember back then, giving someone a small tip for something... it was around 10 XMR... in todays money would this have been an extremely good tip

It would definitely be interesting to know how many of these sold and ended up in collector hands and if smoothie is planning on stopping sales since the coin is dated 2016  Maybe he's got a new goodie in the works!
