Discipline. That's basically the right term for it. It's not going to be easy but once you are able practice discipline, it would follow. it's really true that giving up gambling is not easy, according to one of my friends, it's like a drug addiction, gambling is nothing but the greediness of earning money without an effort. people sometimes become so greedy that is why they take risk more and more but ultimately their effort in ended in smoke. but greediness of money again allures them to take participate in gambling.

Giving up on playing gambling is really tough especially if you are addicted to it. We became addicted because when the time we lose, we tend to try to come back and even if we won we also tend to get more profit. True. Gambling is to entertain  and for fun. But you cannot gamble  without money. And When it comes to gambling the more you desire to win the bigger the amount you'll lose and you  you'll  never know you become  addicted to it.
