if you are a programmer or a computer geek i recommend you to use linux . dual boot your computer if you still want to use your original OS . but i think MacOS is the best .

Well I prefer Windows for everyday use, but for more secure system or programming I think nothing can beat Linux - some versions are already made user friendly, like Windows, so you can try it and see for yourself. Like someone before me said here, you can have both Linux and another OS and dual boot your PC, but you better have more ram to do that - otherwise your system will lag I don't have experience with Mac OS, but I think it's better than Windows.

i prefer linux, i sticked to ubuntu...windows is only a must. I'm not the linux only guy, i grew up on dos, norton commander LOL (i felt like i was cheating the command line using it ), later windows but i feel more comfortable, safer with linux. I just can't abandon the command line

linux vs windows two different worlds, both are good and have their places. Windows - commercial product, needs money and marketing and hiring people to keep it going. Linux, open product supported by masses, developed out of passion. Which one is better ?

You are using the worst OS I have ever been unfortunate enough to use it was on impulse mind you, fear of missing out. I put up with it for a few weeks but there is a lot of privacy concerns with it. Windows 7ultimate is my favorite windows but over all, Linux is hands down safer and is the OS I prefer over all others.

No mac is incompatable with everything.
Doesn't even have the same sound/video/photo files!
Linux is good along with Windows they have high compatability.

Almost every application or program out there is compatible with Windows, and although the iOS interface does look much prettier and aesthetically pleasing, the ubiquity of Microsoft just makes life a lot easier compared to a Mac user. The hackers will go wherever the most users are. They'll find cracks that nobody thought of. Ubuntu is one of my fav linux but unfortunately linux can't be used for gaming.

i would give suggestion with linux, you can select varian of linux because is so much you can choose but i think ubuntu or else which you can learn with easy. if you have budget, you can buy windows original and you can get update everytime microsoft makes an update in software. for mac, i don't have experience with this and i am no clue.

Windows can become expensive too, well any OS can be especially those that need other parts and upgrades every now and then. I guess, it will be the matter of preferences when we use those OS. Just like in playing games, we have different criteria to consider before choosing to play one. I, for one, like playing on gambling sites because they have variety of games to choose from so I won't get bored on one.
