only (electrum) wallets that doesn't have seed are "imported keys" wallet and watching-only wallet. which one is the one you're using? is it password protected or simply have no "send from" option when you right clicked an address brings up a message every time you opened it?

How exactly you can't send your bitcoins?  Do you get an error or something like that when you try to send them?  Is the wallet connected to the server properly and have you tried switching servers?

And what's with the javascript thing in your post?

Trusted an exchange that climbed to the top 3 in just under 2 years with your money? you are fucking stupid.

you must have created a watch only wallet those wallets don't have any seed. you are just watching the bitcoin addresses and their balances without any access to spend those coins.

you create this kind of wallet by importing the master public key
http://docs.electrum.org/en/latest/coldstorage.html#create-a-watching-only-version-of-your-wallet

in order to spend those coins you need to use the main wallet where you created the wallet in order to have access to the private keys.

or at least have the seed to recover your wallet.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.
