Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?
I think yes, I believe its Ethereum who can be replaced with bitcoins. I saw many people start using and investing with it. People are getting annoying by paying highly fee of bitcoins so they chose Ethereum now. Few months ago Ethereum price wasn't enough but now its just surpass 1k$. Its possible it will increase more in this year like bitcoin increased in 2017. |

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

It is not impossible if bitcoin is replaced by other crypto currencies, although now its position is considered the king of all crypto currencies but I am sure other crypto currencies also have the same opportunity to replace bitcoin in time

Actualy, it depends whether Bitcoin will keep up with the innovations of its competitors. An advantage though of Bitcoin is it is the mkst well-known. It is the top-of-mind cryptocurrency of the people which makes it easier to spread.

Maybe for some reason it can be possible if someday a new existing cryptocurrency can be better than Bitcoin when it comes to benefits that will surely attracts many people to go beyond it. But as for now that Bitcoin behavior was still beneficial, I think it is still impossible and too far to happen right now because many people relies into this cryptocurrency that provides many benefits and also continuously rising into popularity. |

up till last month I was considering bitcoin unbeatable. so whenever we talk with my friends I Was telling bitcoin always will dominate the market but I have changed my mind. I think there will be few more good coins and they will dominate the market all together. |

I think it's not really impossible, Since we first thought about cardiac crypto, we now feel the presence of bitcoin and we start our journey on planet cryptocurrency with bitcoin and we really like to deal with bitcoin. and even many sites recognize bitcoin but not other coins. So bitcoin is the father of all his other coins.

Bitcoin has dominated the crypto market for a long time and now it is still number one. But now the investment in other types of crypto is increasing, the bitcoin market is being shared by other crypto. I think after a while the bitcoin will be replaced by another crypto.

It’s hard to know. There are many complaints about btc. The fees and everything.. I accept that btc is the king of the market but in the future there will be many crypto with a better technology.. In time we’ll see if it’s replaced by another one.

Yes, there are altcoins today that is showing some potential on its value that it might grow up and the next few years and become the next bitcoin. I believe on ethereum even before and now that the price already reach $800 dollar, i still continue to invest because i believe that someday it might surpass bitcoins. |

right now bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrencies, and i think for the next year bitcoin is still be the king, and maybe someday bitcoin will replaced by another coin like etherum and other coin if the demand of that coin is higher than bitcoin and if the coin develop is still active to develop that coin into a good ways

To me I think bitcoin will be here for a long time,
I dont see any cryptocurrency yet that would replace
bitcoin, because when the price of bitcoin gets low it
affect mostly all other cryptocurrencies as well.
