Chances of the account being bought or sold with a Private BIN are very high.Just looking at the post history account comes back after several months of inactivity
1.Opens a lending thread.
2.Starts asking for shady deals
3.typical scam behavior

There is no risk involved for me to trade with Op because I know I won't be going first or pay him immediately
He will have to wait for certain days for the completion of withdrawal
Anyway, I highly doubt he will not reverse the transaction or do trade with me because of my kind of offer after reading all these stuff about his Account sale

This account is obviously up for sale and is in the process of requesting a loan too.  I wouldn't touch this and I'd seriously suggest waiting until this has been addressed at least.  But obviously you can do what you like.
